About the Role

Little Caesars Pizza at Heritage Valley Town Centre is expanding our team and is currently hiring for two specific positions:

  • Full-Time Crew Member: An integral role for an experienced fast-food professional. You will be trained in all areas of the store—running the till, prepping , dressing pizzas while ensuring the kitchen remains clean and fast.
  • Part-Time Specialized Dough Maker / Cleaner: A focused role dedicated to the "back of house" operations. This position specializes in our daily fresh dough production (mixing and preparing) and deep-cleaning the kitchen equipment and prep areas. It requires high physical stamina and the ability to work independently.

Both positions are based in a fast-paced environment and require a high attention to hygiene and detail.

Responsibilities

  • Dough & Prep
  • Prepare pizza dough (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs)
  • Portion and prepare toppings and other ingredients, as per instructions/formula
  • Pizza Making
  • Dress pizzas according to Little Caesars recipes and standards
  • Monitor product quality and freshness
  • Customer Service / Cashier
  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Take customer orders in person and over the phone
  • Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately
  • Cleaning & Dishwashing
  • Wash dishes, pans, and utensils
  • Keep workstations, prep areas, and front counter clean and organized
  • Assist with general cleaning, including floors, garbage, and back area
  • Teamwork
  • Rotate through different positions as needed (all employees are trained in all positions)
  • Follow food safety, health & safety, and company procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Strictly looking for minimum 1 year fast food, supervisory experience
  • Must be available evenings and weekends
  • Must live in Edmonton or have reliable transportation, preferably South West
  • Owning a vehicle as an added asset

  • Knowledge of food handling and safety practices within the food industry
  • Strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs (dough, ingredients, boxes)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
