We're seeking experienced cooks who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and perform well under pressure. Our team handles daily service as well as banquets, tournaments, and special events, all with high standards and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to create an efficient workflow during meal preparation.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures.
  • Participate in menu input on seasonal dishes/daily specials.
  • Baking goods daily for our guests with a sweet tooth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality presentation of dishes.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

We offer a retention bonus: employees who stay through, will receive $2 per hour worked, paid with their final paycheck. End dates are calculated by us. End date varies depending on college students and high school students.
