Full job description

Based in Greater Vancouver, our client is an established, multi-brand Franchise Restaurant Operation, which includes Family Style Full Service, Gourmet Burger and Italian Pizzeria franchise operations.

They require an accomplished Franchise Chain Sales & Development Manager with a proven track record of success with an established Franchise Restaurant chain, and/or Senior Level Operations experience .

This individual will work closely with the CEO , the Vice Presidents of the individual brands, as well as the firm’s Lead Generation company and the company’s Real Estate partners, and be the driving force behind strategic planning and market growth.

You will be familiar with FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) management & lease negotiations and real estate site selection, as well as a solid understanding of markets, both urban & single location opportunities.

You will participate in Franchise Trade Shows, chain wide networking and existing operator growth.

Must have excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Must have excellent Sales/Closing and Negotiation skills.

Must be available for travel.
