Full job description

Job Overview

We are hiring general Kitchen Staff to support all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and garde manger, station chefs and commis chefs, and general kitchen support.

The role involves keeping work areas organized, handling food carefully, and coordinating with colleagues in a team environment. We will consider experience in a full-service kitchen and fine dining a benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and meals according to the executive chef's instructions, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
  • Cook and serve food while following safe food-handling practices and established food safety procedures.
  • Keep preparation areas, equipment, and shared workspaces clean and orderly throughout service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues to track meal needs and keep orders moving efficiently.

Skills
Required: Practical food preparation, cooking, serving, and food-handling skills, with a focus on cleanliness and safe food practices, support reliable kitchen work and smooth service. Restaurant, food service, or kitchen experience, or familiarity with the full-service and fine dining work environment.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
