Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and personable Wait Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, efficient food and beverage handling, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until their departure. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive customer service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using TouchBistro POS
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during food preparation, serving, and sanitation practices
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any guest requests or concerns promptly

Requirements

  • Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as TouchBistro is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that creates a welcoming environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
  • Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential!
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
