Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks DESKTOP.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
