Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of delicious meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and assembly according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and adhere to proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation guidelines
- Support inventory management by rotating stock and checking supplies

Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team-oriented setting
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
