Serveur / Serveuse (Temps plein et temps partiel)

Avec une capacité intime de 80 couverts, nous proposons un voyage culinaire alliant une cuisine persane riche et authentique à une présentation moderne et raffinée. Notre établissement se distingue par une cuisine incroyable, des cocktails signatures créatifs, une carte des vins exclusive et une hospitalité chaleureuse ancrée dans la tradition persane.

Le Poste : Relevant du Gérant de salle, le serveur/serveuse assure un service de restauration d'exception, garantissant à chaque client une expérience conforme à la réputation d'excellence de BOUS.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Service client : Prendre les commandes et conseiller les clients sur le menu et les accords mets-vins adaptés à la cuisine persane.
  • Excellence du service : En tant que visage de notre établissement, vous offrirez un service chaleureux et attentionné, assurant une hospitalité accueillante et d’une qualité exceptionnelle.
  • Déroulement du service : Veiller à ce que les plats et boissons soient servis de manière professionnelle et rapide.
  • Entretien : Effectuer la mise en place de la salle, maintenir la propreté des aires publiques et débarrasser les tables.
  • Gestion financière : Utiliser le système POS pour la facturation et effectuer les rapprochements de caisse de fin de service.
  • Travail d’équipe : Collaborer avec tous les membres de l'équipe pour une expérience client sans faille.

Exigences :

  • Expérience : Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en restauration fine ou haut de gamme.
  • Compétences : Présentation professionnelle irréprochable et excellentes aptitudes en communication.
  • Connaissances : Bonne connaissance des vins et cocktails, et intérêt pour les traditions culinaires persanes raffinées.
  • Langues : Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais).
  • Disponibilité : Horaire flexible, incluant les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.

With an intimate capacity of 80 seats, we offer a culinary journey that marries rich, authentic Persian cuisine with high-end, modern presentation. Our establishment is defined by incredible food, amazing cocktail creations, an exclusive wine list, and a level of warmth and hospitality rooted in Persian tradition.

The Role: Working under the Front of House Manager, the Server provides exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring every guest experiences the standard of excellence associated with the BOUS reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Take orders and provide expert recommendations on menu items and wine pairings that complement Persian flavor profiles.
  • Service Excellence: As the face of our establishment, you will provide warm, engaging customer service, ensuring every guest experiences flawless, welcoming hospitality of exceptional quality.
  • Service Flow: Ensure food and drinks are delivered professionally and in a timely fashion.
  • Maintenance: Set up the dining room for service, maintain cleanliness of public areas, and clear tables appropriately.
  • Financials: Utilize the POS system for accurate billing and manage cash/credit card reconciliations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with all team members to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale environment.
  • Skills: Professional personal presentation and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge: A good knowledge of wine and cocktails, and an interest in refined Persian culinary traditions.
  • Language: Fully bilingual in English and French.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
