WHAT WILL OUR DINING ROOM & LOUNGE SERVER DO?
You are the primary sales person for the restaurant. You are responsible for selling and serving food and beverage and upholding Hy’s standards of service. To be successful in this role, you have thorough knowledge and demonstrated competence in the following areas:

· Food knowledge including being able to explain the layout, contents and theme of all food menus

· Beverage knowledge including explaining the layout, contents and theme of all wine and beverage menus

· Technical knowledge including the ability to navigate and operate the Squirrel POS system, handheld payment system, and cash handling

· Adhering to restaurant policy and procedures
