Beverage Server

  • CHECK ALL STOCK LEVELS AND RE-STOCK
  • POPS, WATER, HOUSE WINES, SPIRITS, BEERS, NAPKINS, STRAWS, GARNISHES ETC.
  • MAKE SURE ENTIRE BAR IS CLEAN AND MEETS PUBLIC HEALTH STANDARDS
  • MAKE SURE ESPRESSO MACHINE AND COFFEE GRINDER ARE CLEAN AND FUNCTIONING PROPERLY
  • FILL COFFEE GRINDER
  • EMPTY USED COFFEE GROUNDS DRAWER AT END OF SHIFTS
  • ASSEMBLE THE GLASSWASHERS ON BOTH FLOORS INCLUDING CHECKING DETERGENT/SANITIZER LEVELS
  • STOCK AND PREPARE MISE EN PLACE
  • GREET GUESTS AS THEY COME IN IF HOST/HOSTESS IS AWAY FROM FRONT AREA
  • SUGGEST COCKTAILS, WINES OR OTHER BEVERAGES AS NECESSARY
  • RE-STOCK HOUSE WINES, WATER, BEERS, POPS ETC.
  • COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER FRONT OF HOUSE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE ULTIMATE GUEST SATISFACTION
