Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant, Playmakers, and Banquet Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, Playmakers, and Banquet operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy leading a team, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and make decisions within Aaltos, including labor, customer experiences, and sanitation.
  • Analyze banquet event orders, communicate effectively with customers, managers, and employees to ensure that all room setups, equipment, supplies staffing and menus meet/exceed customers' expectations.
  • Ensure all staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their jobs.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all Playmakers activities and events, ensuring they are engaging, well-organized, and align with the company's standards for entertainment and guest satisfaction.
  • Select, hire, train, and manage staff.
  • Control inventory, respond to customer complaints, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
