Seeking Positions

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

  • Manager / Full-Time Management Candidate Lead restaurant operations, staff development, customer service, and business performance.
  • Shift Leader Candidate Support daily operations, train team members, and oversee shifts.
  • Central Kitchen Staff Assist with food preparation, ingredient processing, packaging, inventory management, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards to support restaurant operations.

Positions Available:

Manager / Full-Time Management Candidate

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales, food costs, and labor costs
  • Train, coach, and develop kitchen and server team members
  • Create staff schedules and foster a positive team environment
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer concerns
  • Ensure food quality, sanitation, and operational efficiency
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and special events

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food service industry (management experience preferred)
  • Interest in leadership, team development, and performance management
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • English communication skills required, Japanese communication skill preferred

Shift Leader Candidate

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer service and kitchen duties
  • Train and support new team members
  • Assist with managing restaurant operations during shifts

Qualifications

  • Same Qualification to the Manager position
  • Motivated individuals seeking future advancement to full-time or management roles
  • English communication skill required, Japanese communication skill preferred

Central Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process ingredients for restaurant locations
  • Assist with food production, portioning, packaging, and inventory management
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Receive and organize deliveries and stock
  • Support efficient daily operations through teamwork and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • food production or kitchen experience preferred
  • Must hold FoodSafe Level 1 certification or an equivalent food safety certification, or be willing to obtain it after hiring
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting ingredients or supplies when required

Compensation

  • Manager Candidates: Approximately $5,500–$6,000/month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
  • Shift Leader: Starting from $18.25/hour + tips ~
  • Central Kitchen: $21.25/hour ~
