We are Pur & Simple Ancaster

We love food, We love life and We love people. We are looking for an energetic individual obsessed with breakfast, willing to flex their creative muscles into our artisanal meals and handcraft them with love. What we need is SIMPLE actually... PUR'ly passionate individuals with a great sense of hospitality. Serving great food with an unexpected twist, that's our expertise. The hours are awesome, no late nights and plenty of free time once your work day is over! Our clients are hungry when they visit and we need to get them fed, so we are looking for team members that have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Our hours of operation are Monday to Sunday - 7 am until 3 pm. The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow kitchen manager's instructions
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely manner
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Assist in dish area

Experience is great but more importantly we are looking for bubbly and energetic people to join our team. No experience necessary but an eagerness to work, grow and learn is key. If you believe you have what we need, we would love to have you on board.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.29 per hour
