Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This position requires a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
  • Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the cooking process.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling procedures.
