Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. A Key role to keep the practice running smoothly. The Administrator will offer consistent and efficient work flow and support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient records using electronic medical records systems such as Cleardent and other practice management software
  • Communication through Phone, E-mail, Text and in person.
  • Coordinate appointments, billing, and insurance processing to ensure accurate and timely patient service.
  • Sending estimates and working with insurance for treatment approvals.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards in all administrative activities
  • Proven experience in a dental or medical office environment; familiarity with Cleardent is preferred
  • Strong understanding of electronic medical records systems and dental terminology
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures in a healthcare setting

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
