Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with experience in the food industry. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, providing attentive service to guests and ensuring their satisfaction from start to finish. Prior restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety standards are highly valued.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation when necessary
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, stations, and service areas
  • Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service
  • Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, including serving or barista roles
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
  • Knowledge of food industry standards, including food handling, safety, and hygiene practices
