Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety practices. The successful candidate will thrive in a team-oriented setting and demonstrate excellent food handling and meal preparation skills.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards
  • Ensure all food is handled properly to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
  • Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service during busy hours
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies within the kitchen environment
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages
