Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. This role is essential in ensuring smooth store operations and fostering customer loyalty. Bilingual skills and experience in retail sales or merchandising are a plus, as they enhance communication with diverse customers. Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
  • Operate POS systems accurately to process sales transactions
  • Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments securely and efficiently

  • Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with merchandising tasks to keep the sales floor attractive and well-stocked
  • Ensure adherence to store policies regarding cash handling, security, and customer service standards
