Come and be a part of our dynamic team and join us in building for the future together. We are looking for permanent full-time openings for Meat Cutters/Butchers - Retail department / Wholesale Department

Job Description:

  • Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Sausage Making
  • Burger and value added production
  • Portion Control
  • Breaking down poultry
  • Prepare special orders.
  • Train meat cutters
  • Use manual cutting utensils
  • Work with Beef, Pork, Poultry, lamb and goat.
  • Must Be available Weekends.
  • There is Training on the Job for Beginner/ Intermediate Levels

Qualifications/Requirements:
