Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to lift heavy items, and a commitment to maintaining a safe driving record.

Duties

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling of items during transit.
  • Perform heavy lifting as necessary, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required.
  • Assist in warehouse operations when not on delivery routes, including inventory management and organization.
  • Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition through regular maintenance checks.

Requirements

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required for all positions.
  • Previous experience in commercial driving or delivery services is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with moving goods.
  • Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Location: Metro Vancouver
Hours: 12–16 hours/week. Mainly Tuesdays and Fridays from 8am- approx. 2pm
Compensation: $22/hour
Start Date: Immediately
