Job Summary

As a New Homes Sales Associate, you will be a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-centric individual who will champion Luxuria’s values and provide personalized and memorable experiences for existing and prospective homebuyers. By actively listening to and understanding client needs, you will develop integral relationships that create a memorable home buying experience for customers.

Assisting the Area Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers. The New Homes Sales Associate will be well-versed in the Luxuria home buying process and seamlessly connect with customers and various departments to provide exceptional services. As a New Homes Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, building valuable relationships, managing referrals, and optimizing established sales targets and KPI’s.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Represent Luxuria Homes by providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
  • Prepare all required documentation and paperwork for referrals, prospective buyers and new home sales.
  • Provide show home tours, review site and floor plans, provide details on costs, and upgrades available of the homes.
  • Meet and exceed all established sales goals and KPI’s.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments for supplier selections, construction walk-throughs, and internal selections.
  • Keep buyers updated on construction start and completion dates and remain actively involved in the sales process through closing.
  • Provide administration and document management of selections, schedule change, and closing paperwork.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sales center, reception area and show home.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Successful completion of high school diploma, post-secondary diploma/degree or experienced in related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in the sales industry with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • An out-going, self-motivated and assertive personality.
  • A team player with the “out-of-box” thinking.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in Office Suite applications, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience with HubSpot and BuilderTrend preferred.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
