You will work on-site at rigs, collaborating with crews and clients while adhering to strict safety and environmental regulations. It requires technical skills, quick decisions, and commitment to innovation in a high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain MPD equipment, including choke manifolds, rotating control devices, and pressure systems.

- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., IWCF Well Control, H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR) are required.

- Experience: 3-5 years in drilling operations, with at least 2 years in MPD or underbalanced drilling; Alberta oil and gas experience preferred.

- Skills: Analytical problem-solving; proficiency in hydraulic modeling software; knowledge of downhole tools and pressure management; strong communication.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MPD methodologies and API standards; ability to interpret data and make real-time adjustments.

- Physical and Other Requirements: Fit for field work, including heavy lifting and heights; valid driver's license; willingness for drug/alcohol testing; Canadian citizenship or work authorization required.
