Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of Operations (vacation rentals) to manage daily housekeeping and maintenance employees and functions, to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage teams, streamline processes, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the logistics and scheduling of cleaning crews across multiple locations with tight turnaround times
  • Manage and conduct quality inspections of completed cleaning work
  • Recruit new team members to support seasonal operations
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process for new staff
  • Plan, organize, and execute training for new and existing crew members
  • Maintain and manage spreadsheets, files, and operational documentation
  • Organize schedules, tasks, and team assignments to ensure efficient operations
  • Communicate expectations and coordinate workflows between team members and job sites
  • Provide administrative and operational support to keep daily operations running smoothly,

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with strong planning and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, files, and administrative systems
  • Experience with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff preferred
  • Experience in office-based or administrative roles coordinating people and tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
