Full job description
Overview
Dazzler Renewables is looking for motivated Solar Installers to join our growing team in Edmonton. We specialize in residential rooftop solar installations across Alberta. Whether you already have solar experience or have a strong construction or roofing background, we'd love to hear from you.
We provide ongoing training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Install residential rooftop solar PV systems.
- Install racking systems, solar panels, and microinverters.
- Run conduit, cable, and complete AC/DC wiring.
- Follow engineering drawings and installation plans.
- Work safely at heights using fall protection equipment.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and job site cleanliness.
- Communicate with crew leaders and project managers.
- Ensure all work complies with company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous construction, roofing, electrical, or solar experience preferred.
- Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Fall Protection certification is an asset.
- Electrical experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
Experience:
- Roof or Construction : 1 year (preferred)
