About the Role
As a Copilot and Power Platform Consultant, you will join the Enterprise Applications team where you will be responsible for translating client needs into AI solutions within our Professional Services practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in client environments and interacting with both business users and IT resources. A background in creating solutions on Copilot Studio and Power Platform is a requirement for this role. Experience as a full-stack developer is a huge benefit.

Location
: 990-355 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Work Mode: Hybrid/Remote

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, internal resources, and even Microsoft to identify, shape, and prioritize AI-driven use cases, translating business needs into Copilot- and agent-based solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Develop agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Custom Connectors
  • Create functional agent workflows leveraging Copilot Studio, Agent Flow, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services to automate business processes and increase user productivity
  • Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Agents, with a strong emphasis on:
    • Agent architecture and intent modeling
    • Multi-agent orchestration
    • Agent workflows and autonomous task execution
  • Apply your expertise in Microsoft Work IQ to building AI agents
  • Stay up to date on technology changes, Microsoft AI and Power Platform roadmap, updates, and relevant technologies.

What We Are Looking For :
  • Using development tooling, including:
  • Copilot Studio Agent
  • Copilot Studio Lite
  • Power Apps Maker
  • Power Automate Builder
  • Agent Flow.
  • Designing and building Copilot Studio agents using:
  • Trigger phrases and conversational flow design
  • Agent workflows and task orchestration
  • Generative answers grounded in enterprise content
  • Designing and developing M365 solutions on Power Platform
  • Integrating and validating Custom Connectors
  • Multi‑channel deployment (Teams, web, embedded).
  • Demonstated implementation experience
  • Deep knowledge of Sharepoint onine
  • At least a college diploma in information technology or any other related field.
