Responsibilities

  • Short-Form Production: Independently edit and produce high-retention video content specifically optimized for social media algorithms and mobile-first viewing behaviors.
  • Production Support: Assist senior designers during live shoots by managing equipment setup, lighting, and B-roll capture.
  • Motion Graphics & Typography: Implement simple dynamic text animations, subtitles to enhance narrative pacing and viewer retention.
  • Audio Post-Production: Execute sound design, including SFX selection and music synchronization, to increase impact and engagement.
  • Thumbnail Design: Create high-CTR static thumbnails and cover images that visually complement the video content and drive click-throughs.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular research on viral trends and visual styles to inform creative brainstorming and keep content relevant.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor post-launch KPIs (impressions and engagement) across platforms to assess video effectiveness and report findings.
  • Iterative Optimization: Apply data-driven insights to refine edits, adjust pacing, and implement visual

Required Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge in video editing and graphic design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling scripts effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting to an audience.
