If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy variety in your day, and are driven by results, this could be the opportunity for you. • Screening resumes and conducting phone and in-person interviews
  • Recommending top candidates to hiring managers
  • Managing the entire hiring process from start to finish: Writing job postings, Scheduling interviews, Coordinating hiring decisions, Extending offers.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
  • Working closely with the HR team to improve processes and efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices

  • You’ll have real impact on hiring and workforce success
  • Enjoy working from our sunny Osoyoos office
  • You will be specifically supporting surge labour contracts for our biggest client to build a winter ice road in the Arctic
  • You will also be supporting our aviation division.

If you’re ready for a role that challenges you and keeps you on your toes, we’d love to hear from you.
