Job Overview

Paramount 24Hr Animal Hospital is an independently owned, locally operated veterinary hospital seeking compassionate, friendly professionals to join our highly skilled and supportive team. We operate both a 24-hour emergency facility and a general practice, offering the opportunity to be part of something special while making a real difference in the lives of pets and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and procedures with technical support and patient management
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians
  • Monitor anesthesia and vital signs during surgical procedures to ensure patient safety
  • Maintain accurate medical records and update patient files with treatment details
  • Provide client education on animal health, nutrition, and post-treatment care

Skills

  • Valid RVT license
  • Strong understanding of animal anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Compassionate attitude towards animals and pet owners, with a commitment to providing exceptional care
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while prioritizing patient needs

Pay: $26.00-$42.50 per hour
