About the Role:

You’ll be working in a long-term care home in the Windsor-Essex region, delivering compassionate and professional care to residents while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Medication administration and monitoring resident health
  • Following individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with PSWs, RPNs, and allied health staff
  • Accurate documentation and adherence to LTC protocols
  • Promoting safety, dignity, and resident-centered care

What You’ll Need:

  • Current RPN license with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • 2+ year of experience in a long-term care setting
  • CPR/BLS certification (current)
  • Negative TB test (within the last 12 months) & up-to-date immunizations
  • Ability to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check (Within the last 6 months)
  • A compassionate attitude and commitment to high-quality care
