About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse to join our growing vascular team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Vascular Surgeons to provide comprehensive care to patients through all stages of their treatment journey — from initial consultation through post-procedure follow-up.

This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment and is passionate about advancing patient-centred vascular care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories for new vascular consultations and follow-up visits.

* Collaborate closely with Vascular Surgeons in developing and implementing individualized care plans.

* Review diagnostic imaging and laboratory results in the context of vascular conditions under physician direction.

* Provide patient education regarding vascular health, procedures, and ongoing management.

* Participate in post-procedural follow-ups, wound assessments, and continuity of care for both surgical and non-surgical patients.

* Support clinical efficiency by triaging patient concerns, managing consult preparation, and assisting with care coordination.

* Document all patient interactions and findings accurately within the EMR in accordance with clinical and legal standards.

* Travel regularly to London and Kitchener/Waterloo clinics, and attend other regional locations as required.

* Engage in continuous professional development to maintain best practices and current knowledge of vascular care advancements.

Qualifications:

* Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

* Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner; experience in vascular surgery, internal medicine, or cardiovascular care preferred.

* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

* Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.

* Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Work Environment:

* Collaborative team-based care model with experienced Vascular Surgeons and nursing staff.

* Opportunities for ongoing education and involvement in quality improvement initiatives.

Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour
