Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the overall well-being of clients through therapeutic touch and personalized treatment plans. ***MUST BE REGISTERED AND IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COLLEGE OF MASSAGE THERAPITS OF ONTARIO***

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of clients' needs and health histories to develop tailored massage therapy plans.
  • Perform a variety of massage techniques and modalities
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with clinic and CMTO policies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare providers.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey treatment plans and address client concerns.
