Lead Clinics. Develop Leaders. Drive Growth.
At Anytime Dental Group, we believe exceptional patient experiences begin with exceptional leaders. Our Regional Directors are trusted business partners who inspire teams, develop leaders, and help our clinics achieve outstanding operational and financial results while never losing sight of what matters most, providing exceptional patient care.
As we continue to grow across Southern Ontario, we are always interested in connecting with experienced dental leaders who are passionate about coaching teams, driving performance, and building strong clinic cultures.
If you're an experienced multi-site leader looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Opportunity
As a Regional Director, you will provide leadership and operational support to a portfolio of Anytime Dental Group clinics across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton areas.
Working closely with Clinic Managers, Associate Dentists, and our Support Office teams, you'll be responsible for developing high-performing leaders, improving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and ensuring every clinic delivers an exceptional experience for patients and team members alike.
This is a highly collaborative leadership role that balances coaching, strategy, financial performance, and people leadership.
What You'll Do
Anytime Dental Group is part of Passion Dental Group, one of Canada's fastest-growing dental organizations. Our clinics are built on a commitment to exceptional patient care, strong clinical partnerships, and empowering our people to thrive.
We believe our Clinic Managers and Regional Directors are more than operational leaders, they are culture builders, coaches, mentors, and trusted partners to the teams they support.
As we continue expanding across Ontario, we're building a network of exceptional leaders who are passionate about developing people, supporting practice growth, and creating outstanding experiences for both patients and employees.
If you're ready to make an impact and help shape the future of dental care, we'd love to hear from you.
