The position is remote, based in Montreal, and will require significant travel throughout the assigned region.

The Regional Sales Manager “owns” the territory for which they are responsible. With support from AudioQuest HQ, this role is responsible for educating dealers and customers on AudioQuest products and equipping AudioQuest dealers with best sales practices. The person in this role needs to be self-motivated with a competitive nature while also being able to clearly, effectively, and respectfully communicate the brand’s values through education and interaction with customers. · Manage the day-to-day relationships with key personnel at each account — planning, stock control, sales operations, marketing, finance. Liaise with appropriate account contacts to ensure sales and business objectives are achieved.

· Analyze stock and sales data for each account to identify opportunities for sales and improved efficiencies, manage stock levels, secure orders, spot and resolve potential problems before they become significant.

· Work with internal teams in developing and managing the forecast, coordinate the sales orders to ensure pricing is accurate and that orders can be delivered by the promised dates, understand lead times and inventory levels, and ensure that the appropriate levels are provided for service and support.

· Partner with marketing team to coordinate executing the brand with our retail partners. Define local market needs that will drive greater brand awareness.

· Provide timely insight on market trends in all areas including, but not limited to, competitive placement, pricing, promotional and marketing activity, and any additional relevant information.

Required Skill Sets

Compensation

· CAD $100-$120k

· Allowance for medical, vision, and dental benefits
