Western Regional Sales Manager

Canvas Craft is a leader in premium digital can printing and packaging solutions for the craft beverage industry. We partner with breweries, cideries, wineries, distilleries, and other beverage producers to help bring their brands to life.

We're looking for an experienced Western Regional Sales Manager to lead our Sales and Customer Service teams while driving profitable growth across Western Canada.

This is an opportunity to build high-performing teams, strengthen customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and help shape the future of our Sales organization. If you enjoy coaching people, developing customer partnerships, and leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop both the Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Drive regional sales growth across our full portfolio of products and services.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that support business growth.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Monitor sales and customer service performance using KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion CRM best practices and sales discipline across the region.
  • Partner with Operations, Production, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and regional business planning.
  • Foster a collaborative culture built around our "We Can Do That" mindset.

What You'll Bring

  • Outside sales, business development, and customer relationship management experience.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships, sales performance, and business opportunities.
  • Ability to use KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or the craft beverage industry is considered an asset.
