Faculty/Department Faculty of Education Unit Education-Dean's Office Employee Group URFA CUPE 5791 Job Family N/A Category Sessional Number of Vacancies 1 Position Summary
BIOL 140 – Human Biology for Non-majors
An introductory level course covering the principles of biology with examples taken from humans. * Note: This course is designed to apply the study of biological principles to humans. Biology majors cannot take this course for credit.

This course is offered through the University of Regina Faculty of Education Bachelor of Education Program in partnership with NorthWest College in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Enrollment is restricted to students admitted to the North West College Bachelor of Education Program.
Position Requirements
Normally it is preferred that applicants will have a Master of Education degree appropriate to the area of instruction. Applicants should also have experience in the education system appropriate to the content of the course applied for, knowledge of, and experience with the Saskatchewan curriculum, knowledge and experience with Faculty of Education programs, and current knowledge of issues related to the course for which the applicant has applied. University teaching experience is an asset.
