Support CLEAResult’s Energy Assistance Program in Saskatchewan by delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support to income-qualified customers. You will help participants, including seniors, low-income households, newcomers, and Indigenous communities, access energy efficiency programs, while ensuring a professional, empathetic, and accurate customer experience. This is a hybrid role based in Regina, requiring an in office presence as needed.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer follow-ups.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.

  • Review applications, verify customer eligibility, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Maintain and update records in internal systems.

  • Support reporting and documentation requirements.

  • Assist customers with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Exciting candidates will have…

  • 1–4 years of customer service experience (call centre experience preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain information to diverse audiences.

  • Experience handling high-volume phone-based customer interactions.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Strong multitasking skills across calls, emails, and administrative work.

  • Empathy and experience working with or supporting vulnerable populations.

  • Reliability, adaptability, and ability to work independently.

  • Experience with energy efficiency or utility programs is an asset.

  • Familiarity with CRM or reporting tools is an asset.

Targeted Compensation

$23/hour

Canadian Commercial Driving Requirements

If applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and any federal regulations for extra‑provincial operations, including hours‑of‑service and safety fitness requirements.
