Full job description

Join a company that's been serving Metro Vancouver and the Sea to Sky Corridor for over 40 years, where you'll lead a variety of commercial HVAC installation projects while working with an experienced, supportive team.

You'll install and commission equipment including rooftop units, split systems, water-source heat pumps, and ventilation systems on commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-unit residential buildings. What You'll Do

  • Lead the installation, start-up, and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Install rooftop units, split systems, water-source heat pumps, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
  • Test and troubleshoot newly installed systems to ensure they operate as designed.
  • Review project requirements and coordinate with estimators, project coordinators, and managers.
  • Mentor apprentices and junior technicians on installation best practices.
  • Train customers and building operators on newly installed equipment.
  • Assist with material and equipment procurement to keep projects on schedule.

What You'll Bring

  • Valid Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Journeyperson certification is required.
  • Valid Class B Gas Fitter certification is required.
  • Proven experience installing commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and water-source heat pumps.
  • Strong troubleshooting, start-up, and commissioning experience.
  • Class B-R Refrigeration Field Safety Representative (FSR) certification is an asset.

  • Class B Gas Fitter (preferred)
