Director of Business Development

Design the sales system, team, and playbook that will take this AI-enabled business to the next level.

Techify is entering a major growth chapter — and we’re looking for a strategic, ambitious builder to help shape what comes next.

This role is ideal for a proven business development leader who knows how to create scalable systems, build high-performing teams, develop strong market positioning, and turn opportunity into predictable growth.

What You Will Own

Revenue Leadership

  • Own and drive Techify’s new revenue growth
  • Build the systems, team, partnerships, and go-to-market playbook that will define how Techify scales.
  • Create a high-performing growth culture with the structure, coaching, and strategy needed to win consistently.

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute Techify’s pipeline and market expansion strategy
  • Drive new logo acquisition and strategic partnerships
  • Build consistent multi-channel prospecting through referrals, partnerships, events, and outbound

Sales Systems & Execution

  • Implement and refine sales playbooks, processes, and pipeline discipline
  • Lead pipeline reviews, deal strategy, and forecasting
  • Ensure strong CRM management and follow-up discipline in HubSpot

Leadership & Coaching

  • Hire, develop, and coach high-performing business development professionals
  • Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Remove obstacles so the team can consistently hit and exceed targets

Market Leadership

  • Represent Techify in the marketplace
  • Build relationships with referral partners and industry leaders
  • Lead conversations with executive decision-makers on IT strategy, cybersecurity, and AI solutions

Experience That Helps

Compensation

This role is designed for someone who wants to build something significant and be rewarded for the results.

Base Salary:
$175,000 – $250,000 CAD depending on experience

Performance Bonus:
Up to 50% incentive compensation
