Carpenter – Residential Renovations

Gold Level Contracting – London, ON

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm

$28–$35/hour (based on experience)

Location: London, Ontario. Based out of London; work within a 45km radius outside of

London.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Gold Level Contracting is hiring an experienced Carpenter for residential renovations.

We specialize in high-quality home renovations and are building a team of carpenters who take pride in their work, maintain clean job sites, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is a full-time, long-term position with consistent work and opportunities for growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Perform carpentry work on residential renovation projects
  • Read and execute drawings and plans
  • Complete work accurately and on schedule
  • Identify and resolve issues before they impact the project
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site daily
  • Report to Lead Carpenter and work alongside other team members
  • Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

  • 5+ years of residential construction experience
  • Strong carpentry skills (framing, finishing, renovations)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • Experience working in occupied homes (renovations)
  • Red Seal Carpenter
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing
