  • Onboarding Coordination: Partner with healthcare facilities to streamline onboarding processes and set new hires up for success.
  • Administrative & Project Support: Assist with various organizational projects, including performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition programs.
  • Content Development: Create engaging and effective communications related to recruitment and talent initiatives.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Conduct audits of HR policies and processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Employee Support: Address staff inquiries and provide resolutions or escalate as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or agency recruitment, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
