Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our daily operations with energy and confidence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of management, driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a motivated team. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a vibrant environment, optimizing operational efficiency, and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail excellence.

Responsibilities

Management-Level Authority (Planning, Direction, Control & Evaluation)

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate administrative operations, including

facilities management, client account coordination, and service delivery functions

  • Direct administrative workflows, monitor service standards, and evaluate operational

performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

  • Manage client accounts and operational outcomes by ensuring appropriate staffing

levels, maintaining service quality, and overseeing accurate and timely billing

processes

Multi-Department Oversight (HR, Finance, Administration & Procurement)

  • Direct and advise staff engaged in records management, procurement, finance,

human resources, and other administrative services

  • Lead recruitment and human resource functions, including interviewing, hiring,

onboarding, training, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations

  • Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable,

procurement processes, and budget planning activities

  • Supervise records management systems, ensuring accurate documentation of client

accounts, invoices, supplier records, and operational data

Governance, Policy & Regulatory Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and monitor organizational policies, administrative procedures,

and corporate governance practices.Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and applicable

regulatory requirements across administrative functions

  • Draft, review, and administer employment contracts, vendor agreements, franchise

agreements, and client service agreements in accordance with legal and

organizational standards

Financial Management & Budgetary Control

  • Plan, administer, and control departmental budgets related to contracts, equipment,

supplies, and administrative services

  • Monitor and control billing systems, supplier invoices, and client accounts to ensure

financial accuracy, accountability, and audit readiness

Reporting, Strategic Support & Project Coordination

  • Prepare reports, analyses, and administrative briefs for senior management to

support decision-making and evaluate administrative services

  • Coordinate and evaluate operational projects and marketing initiatives, including

vendor negotiations, timelines, and deliverables
