We are looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented professional who enjoys identifying top t alent and thrives in a fast-moving environment. In this role, you will research, source, interview, and present strong candidates while managing multiple searches at once in a deadline-driven environment. This role requires someone comfortable working in an environment where priorities move quickly, and new tools and processes are introduced regularly.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting high-quality sales candidates for our clients while managing multiple searches at once.

· Identify and source top sales candidates using LinkedIn, AI tools, databases, and research

· Build and manage candidate pipelines for multiple client searches

· Reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other channels

· Contact qualified candidates by phone to introduce opportunities, clearly explain role responsibilities, and answer questions

· Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and communication skills

· Create and refine job descriptions based on client requirements and role objectives

· Prepare clear candidate summaries and notes for client submission

· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

· Maintain accurate candidate notes, interview feedback, and search activity within the recruiting system

· Track candidate progress, communication, and follow-ups

· Adjust sourcing strategies when initial approaches are not producing results

· Attend online client meetings and assist with client updates when required

· Prepare client update reports on search progress when required

· Learn and use recruiting technology, automation tools, and AI platforms

· Work closely with the team to move searches forward quickly and efficiently

· Must have a professional home office environment suitable for remote work

· Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a phone suitable for professional use

Compensation

· $21.00 per hour — guaranteed 37.5 hours per week

· Monthly placement bonuses — total earnings potential of $5,000+ per month

· This is a contract position with the opportunity to transition into an extended contract or permanent contract based on workload and business growth

· This role is best suited for individuals who are motivated by performance-based income
