Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Showing Agent to join our real estate team. This role involves guiding prospective buyers through property viewings, providing detailed information about listings, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local property market, and the ability to engage with diverse clients effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key part of the home-viewing process while developing your skills in customer service and client relations.

Duties

  • Conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and engaging manner
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and neighborhood insights
  • Assist clients in identifying their needs and preferences to recommend suitable listings
  • Coordinate schedules with clients and other team members to ensure smooth viewing appointments
  • Answer client questions regarding properties, market conditions, and purchasing processes
  • Maintain organized records of showings, client feedback, and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with admin team on negotiations and offer strategies to facilitate successful transactions
  • Ensure properties are presented in the best possible condition during showings

Experience

  • RECO licensed
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with multilingual abilities considered a plus
  • Proven organizational skills to manage multiple appointments and client interactions efficiently
  • Administrative experience is beneficial for maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • A professional demeanor combined with exceptional customer service skills is essential for building trust and rapport with clients

Pay: $45.00 per hour
