Canada’s Best Store Fixtures Inc. is looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team.

Canada’s Best Store Fixtures Inc. is a full-service design, manufacture, supply and execution company for the retail industry. Through in-house manufacturing and importing store fixtures, we offer an infinite number of retail solutions with endless customization possibilities to our ever-diversifying customer base.

Are you an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist hoping to join a great company and work on interesting customer projects in a production setting?

Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not Limited To

  • Answering calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Taking messages and following up when necessary
  • Greeting visitors, offering refreshments and directing them to the right person
  • Operating the switchboard, including the attendance of all employees and guests, and providing support to the payroll department on such
  • Online booking and coordination of meetings as required
  • Learning and utilizing company systems as a part of the workday
  • Administering internal events, mail, office supplies, filing and copying
  • Vouchering and Invoicing on a daily basis using our custom ERP system
  • Manage and update reception manual as needed
  • Set up, organize, stock and shut down all common areas of the office including conference rooms, waiting rooms, and kitchens/break rooms

Candidate Must Possess the Following

  • Previous experience in reception duties and administration with Invoicing experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and details oriented are a must

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-year experience performing in a receptionist/administrative role
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
