Dental Receptionist – Join Our Growing Dental Family

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Our office offers comprehensive dental care, including general dentistry, orthodontics, implants, periodontics, and more, allowing patients to receive the treatments they need in one place.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming environment
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records efficiently
  • Assist patients with paperwork, insurance claims, and financial arrangements
  • Handle billing, payments, and insurance coordination with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support the clinical team to maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all office policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and mature approach to patient interactions and problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail with experience handling administrative tasks accurately
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and office systems
  • A team player who enjoys working in a friendly, supportive environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a dental office is a must; 3-5+ years dental admin experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous billing, money handling, or accounting experience is a strong advantage
  • Background in customer service, hospitality, or retail is an asset
