We're looking for someone naturally outgoing, friendly, and genuinely excited about creating an outstanding patient experience. In this role, you'll guide patients through their orthodontic journey, welcoming them at each visit while supporting key administrative functions in the clinic.

The ideal candidate has:

  • strong people skills and a real desire to deliver outstanding patient care
  • excellent phone and written communication skills for connecting with our patients
  • the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver with consistency
  • a keen eye for detail and an understanding of why high standards matter
  • experience with, or willingness to train on, insurance billing and patient financials
  • comfort with Windows-based software and strong typing skills
  • previous experience in a dental office
