Dental Receptionist (Dental Assistant Required)
Greenwood Park Dentistry

Greenwood Park Dentistry is looking for a Dental Receptionist with a Dental Assistant background to join our positive, supportive, and fast-paced dental team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands clinical workflows and enjoys providing outstanding patient care from the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out
  • Schedule appointments using Cleardent
  • Handle insurance verification, billing, and claims
  • Answer phones and assist patients professionally
  • Support daily administrative operations

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Dental Assistant experience is mandatory
  • Prior dental reception experience is a strong asset
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Bilingual candidates are an asset
