Dental Administrator

We are actively seeking a Dental Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team at Summerside Dental in Edmonton, Alberta. This will be a maternity leave position.

The ideal candidate for the role of Dental Administrator at our clinic thrives in a collaborative environment, excels in behind-the-scenes organization, system implementation, and structural management to ensure the seamless operation of our practice.

Our clinic specializes in general and family dentistry, boasting a team of experienced dentists and highly skilled professionals. We take pride in serving a loyal base of long-term patients while warmly welcoming new ones daily. Our commitment to providing a wide range of services to patients of all ages, along with our engaging and friendly approach, sets us apart.

Summerside Dental is a partner of National Dental Care, an Alberta based dental group providing transformative change to dental practices across western Canada. We work together with our clinics and partners to provide the support, technology and resources required to create an extraordinary patient experience. Schedule:

  • Monday - 12:30pm-8:30pm
  • Tuesday - 8:00am-4:00pm
  • Wednesday - 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Thursday - 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Friday - Off
  • Saturday - 8:30am - 2:30pm (once a month)

Compensation:

  • $24.00 - $28.00 per hours, plus
  • Monthly Bonus Plan

What would you bring to this position:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Dental Receptionist
  • Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Recall Max and Dentrix are considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent at multitasking
