Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant with at least 1 year experience with Kroll to support our pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will assist with medication dispensing, inventory management, and patient interactions, ensuring smooth pharmacy operations. Prior experience in hospital settings or as a pharmacy technician is highly valued, along with strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures. Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately
  • Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals
  • Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under supervision
  • Maintain precise records of medication transactions and patient interactions
  • Support medication administration processes, including labeling and packaging
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, health regulations, and confidentiality standards
  • Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Perform routine cleaning and organization of the pharmacy workspace to uphold cleanliness standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospital or pharmacy setting is preferred
  • Pharmacy technician experience is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
  • Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach
