Full job description

We are looking for part-time and full-time experienced dental receptionists to join our St. Albert clinics.

2 years of dental reception experience is required for this position and knowledge of ClearDent is an asset. Hourly wage will be determined based on level of experience.

Our mission is to provide exceptional dentistry with unparalleled customer service in a mutually respectful work environment. The main qualifications we are looking for in a candidate are:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong ability to learn and apply knowledge to daily tasks
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Background in Dental Administration and Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Checking patients in for appointments
  • Billing patients out, sending claims to insurance companies and collecting money from patients
  • Data captures and chart audits
  • Assisting with all daily clinic tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and addressing any patient concerns etc.
  • Ensuring patients are walking in happy and leaving even happier, we want all patients to feel like family
  • Highly competent with computers
  • Knowledge of Dental insurances is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of ClearDent is considered an asset
  • All other assigned tasks
