Full job description

Camp Canine is looking for a confident, organized, dog-loving Front of House team member to be the face of our brand.

This is not just reception. You are the energy of the building.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and managing check-in/check-out
  • Handling bookings, payments, and passes
  • Communicating daycare, grooming, and boarding details clearly
  • Following up with clients and encouraging re-bookings
  • Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly
  • Supporting the team and maintaining a calm lobby environment

You Are:

  • Warm but assertive
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling payments and sales conversations
  • Confident explaining policies and services
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience in customer service is required. Experience with dogs is a major asset.
